Leander Springs: The Ultimate Live, Work, and Play Development

We were thrilled to design the lagoon site plan within this master community. Our goal was to create a vibrant space that seamlessly integrated the lagoon with a variety of amenities, including hotels, apartments, retail spaces, and public access areas.

Designing the site plan presented its fair share of challenges. With over 15 feet of fall between different areas, we had to carefully plan and develop a boardwalk to connect all the different uses. This boardwalk not only provided pedestrian access but also accommodated emergency vehicles, ensuring safety for all.

One of the highlights of the site plan is the retail area, conveniently located at lagoon level, while the residential units above offer breathtaking views and a truly unique experience. We even took advantage of this layout to develop an amphitheater as part of the boardwalk, providing a fantastic venue for all kinds of entertainment.

Leander Springs is not just about the lagoon and the boardwalk. The public access facility offers something for everyone. From stunning beaches to swim-up bars and a thrilling floating obstacle course, there is never a dull moment. The stage is perfect for live performances, while the cabana pool and flow rider anchor the main entrance, offering year-round fun.

For those looking for a more relaxed experience, our splash pad features exciting slides and a dump bucket, surrounded by lovely pavilions for the ultimate birthday party celebration. Cabanas provide a cozy escape, and with our slide and watercraft rentals, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

And let’s not forget the private party beach, designed to accommodate corporate events and private gatherings. It truly has everything you need for your next special occasion.

Experience the wonders of Leander Springs. With its diverse amenities, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
