Brightwater
Ft. Myers, Florida
Brightwater in Ft. Myers introduces a novel way of living, anchored by a breathtaking lagoon. As the responsible party for phase one, we curated the landscape and hardscape elements of the community. This encompassed creating an immersive entry bridge experience, enhancing the existing road with landscape, and creating buffers around the residential homes. Furthermore, we took an existing preservation area and transformed it into an enchanting park, embellishing it with relocated trees from phase one.

Beyond the landscape architecture of phase one, we also undertook the master layout and programming for the lagoon. Our master plan included designing parking facilities for both golf carts and automobiles. The lagoon itself was thoughtfully designed for public and residential access, boasting an array of features. From the welcoming entry building to the enticing swim-up bar, stage, tranquil cabana cove, inviting island, idyllic beaches, cozy cabanas, and versatile pavilions, this facility promises to be an extraordinary success.

Prepare to be astounded by the wonders of Brightwater—a community that exemplifies a truly remarkable new way of living in Ft. Myers.
